O2 Please let us upgrade in store

After a frustrating two hours attempting to upgrade, getting so far then failure we are begging O2 to let current iPhone customers upgrade in store. The online upgrade system is now completely down and according to reports there is a large number of customers who were not able to upgrade. Please support us by commenting or Digging.
