Poor Intelliscreen, Apple was stealing the work legimitately

The jailbroken iPhone application, Intelliscreen, improved the iPhone locked screen dramatically. Apple has announced intentions to integrate their own version of the modification with the iPhone software. It turns out, this was well within their rights, as they had begain filing a patent for the idea prior to Intelliscreen's beta.
