Video Recording and Auto-Focus on next generation iPhone?

According to MacRumors they have discovered a video recording interface with in Apple's iPhone 3.0 beta firmware.As the photo below shows, there is a toggle switch on the bottom right that would allow you to switch between still camera photography mode and video recording mode.
